Mountainbiking - Proposed tours

Ötztal Mountainbike Trail

The Ötztal Trail is one of the absolute highlights of the Ötztal valley for mountain bikers. Experience the scenic beauty of the entire Ötztal valley close-by, from the gentle valley locations at the entrance of the Ötztal valley to the glacier regions of the Ötztal Alps.

Notice: The Ötztal Mountainbike Trail is partly closed due to construction work. The affected stretches are the section at Brunau (at the Spar market at Ötztaler Höhe) up to the Ötztal Bahnhof railway station (Wassertalstraße). In this section the trail is completely unaccessible. At Brunau, bikers leaving the valley, must drive up to the Spar market and then through Ötztal Bahnhof until they can rejoin the trail at AVE. Bikers going into the valley must start at AVE and drive through the town Ötztal Bahnhof up to the Spar market at Ötztaler Höhe until one can join the trail again at Brunau.
